Change of Address: how do I change my address on goHenry?

My postal address has changed:
If you wish to change address on goHenry account because you have moved, please email our helpful Member Services team on memberservices@goHenry.co.uk. You will need to attach two forms of proof of address from the below in order to start the process of changing address on your account:

  • Council Tax Bill
  • Utility bill (no older than 3 months)
  • Bank statement (no older than 3 months)
  • Landline telephone bill (no older than 3 months)

Alternatively, we also accept a copy of your driving license on its own.
If you have any problems emailing us to change billing address, please call us on 0330 100 7676 from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week and we will be happy to assist you.
