How do I retrieve my child's PIN number?

To retrieve your child's PIN number on the App, click on the menu bar in the top left hand corner. Then click on, 'Your children's card PIN's'. Then select the appropriate child, and type in your password. Click 'Retrieve PIN' and your child's PIN will be revealed for 5 seconds, so make sure you are able to take note of it.

If you are using the website, Log in to your account, click on 'Account' at the top, then find 'Your profile & Settings.' Scroll down to 'Your Security' and click 'Retrieve PINS.' Choose the appropriate child, and enter your parent password. Please remember, your child's PIN will only be revealed for 5 seconds, so make sure you are able to take note of it.
