I have too much money on my goHenry parent account - how do I retrieve this?

The easiest and fastest way to retrieve your funds is to make a ‘quick transfer’ to one of your child accounts and then, having ensured the limits are sufficient for the amount you wish to withdraw, withdraw the funds via the ATM. Please note that there is a daily ATM withdrawal limit of £120.00. Remember to re-set the limits on the child account after you have done this.

If the amount you wish to transfer back is greater than £120, please email us at memberservices@gohenry.co.uk to make this request and advise how much you would like transferred back to your bank account and the bank details you wish the funds to go to. Please note that these payments are processed on a next day basis and that there is a £5.00 administration fee applied to your parent account.
