How do I change my bank details when I get a new bank account?

For any members who pay using a standing order to fund their account - if you have changed your bank then you will usually have had all the direct debits and standing orders taken over by the new bank as part of the account transfer process. In this case, you don't need to do anything as your standing order instructions will continue to be processed by the new bank.

If that is not the case, and the bank has not auto transferred all your direct debits and standing orders, then you need to go to the ‘ways to pay’ screen in goHenry. There you will find your goHenry Parent Account Number and sort code details to use in any instruction you set up with your bank.
