How do I cancel my Standing Order instruction?

Standing Orders to your goHenry account appear in your statement on your parent account. To view your statement you need to login to your parent account. To begin the cancellation, click the 'Statement' tab on your home page. On your statement you'll see Standing Orders payments listed as 'Bank Transfer'. To cancel a Standing Order, you must go through your own personal Bank Account
