If your child has accidentally changed your email address, it's easy for you to change it back. Go to the login screen on the website and click 'I forgot my login details'. Under 'Forgotten your username' enter the security details and click submit. The email address attached to the account will appear. Make a note of the email address your child has changed your username to and then login. Click "your profile" on the left hand side of the website (or in the app, click the menu button top left, and then account and settings, and the pencil icon underneath "your security" next to your email address). Here you can edit your email address to the one you want to login with.
If you've forgotten the username for your parent account, that's no problem. Just go to the login page on our website, and then click 'I forgot my login details'.
