Once you have activated the goHenry card, your child will have their own username and password for accessing their goHenry account and mobile app. Should they forget their password you can reset it by logging in to your parent account.
Just follow these steps:
If you've forgotten the password for your parent account, that's no problem. Click the login button on our website and then click 'I forgot my login details'.
