I signed up using a ‘refer a friend’ link but the amount has not been credited to my account, how long does this usually take?

The £5 refer a friend pocket money is added to your parent account 30 minutes after activating your child's card (which you can do once the card arrives in the post). When you activate your card, the £5 reward will also be added to the parent account of the friend that referred you. If you have already activated your card and the money still hasn't appeared, call our Member Service team on 0330 100 7676.
