If you are just signing up, you will be given the option to choose a custom card during the initial process. When you first sign up, only the parent can pick the custom card, however once your account is fully set up, the child can choose and pay for their own custom card design through their app.
Once you've ordered your custom card, you will have up until 10pm the following evening to make any changes. After that, the card will be processed and sent out for delivery. Custom cards all cost just £4.99.
Depending on who is ordering the custom card, either parent or child can pay for the new design. Custom cards can be ordered within both the parent and child mobile app. Simply click on the menu icon in the top left hand corner, and select "Customise cards".
We have to charge for custom cards as we incur an extra cost, we do try to keep this fee as low as possible.
You can change the card as often as you like! It will only cost the standard £4.99 each time.
Unfortunately you won't be able to do this, although depending on how much time has passed if you call Member Services on 0330 100 7676, they may be able to help with this.
No unfortunately you are not able to upload a photo to the custom card at the moment, but we have lots of pre-designed cards for you to add your name to and choose.
No - your PIN and card number will stay the same, however the expiry date will be different.
