  • 1. What are custom cards?

    Custom cards allow you or your children to design their very own goHenry card. With custom cards you can add your name, choose a pattern and pick a colour to make your card unique to your child. We'll then custom print it and send it to your door.


  • 2. How do I order a custom card?

    New Members: When you're signing for your goHenry account, you can choose to customise your goHenry card. After you order your card you'll have until 10pm the next day to make changes to your design before we get working on your order. That way, either you or your child can make changes to the custom card you've selected for them. Please note, if your child would like to make changes to their custom card they'll need to login to your goHenry parent account. At a later date, we'll make it possible for children to customise a card from their own account.

    Existing members: When you login to your goHenry account, you'll see the option to 'Get a custom card'. After you order your card you'll have until 10pm the next day to make changes to your design before we get working on your order. At a later date, we'll make it possible for children to customise a card from their own account.


  • 3. Does my child pick a custom card or do I?

    Currently, your child will need to be with you at the point of sign up, or login to your account if they wish to pick their own custom card.


  • 4. Can I edit my card after I've ordered it?

    Yes, you can. After you order your card you'll have until 10pm the next day to edit your design before we start working on your card order. Simply login to your parent account, select the 'Get a custom card' button on the home page and follow the instructions to edit your card.


  • 5. Can all goHenry members get one?

    Currently custom cards are available to just a a small number of existing customers. We'll shortly be offering it to everyone.


  • 6. How much do custom cards cost?

    If you'd like to upgrade to a custom card they cost £3.99 per card. Your family can get a new custom card whenever you like. Please note, if your child would like to order a custom card, they'll currently need to login to your goHenry parent account. At a later date, we'll make it possible for children to customise their card from their own account.


  • 7. Who pays for custom cards?

    Currently, only the parent is able to order and purchase custom cards. We will shortly be making it possible for children to purchase custom cards in their own account. Should your child wish to pay for their card, you can place the order through your goHenry parent account on their behalf, and they can then make a 'quick transfer' to pay you the money back.


  • 8. Why we charge for cards?

    We offer all members the option to get the original card for free. However, creating custom goHenry cards does come at a cost and so we do have to charge to produce them. We hope you'll agree they're worth the cost and could make a great gift for your child.


  • 9. How often can I change my card?

    Once you've received your new custom card, you can decide to change it whenever you like. However, keep in mind each time you order a new card, your existing card can no longer be used once the new card is activated.


  • 10. The time available to edit my card has passed but I'd like to change my card design?

    If the time allowed to edit your card design has passed you can no longer make changes to your card design. Unfortunately after the period allowed to make edits to your designs has passed (i.e. until 10pm the day after your order) we've started to manufacture your card, so we have already passed it on to our card manufacturer to print and send to you.


  • 11. Can I upload a photo?

    Uploading a photo isn't currently an option. However, we do offer the option to personalise the card and we have a huge variety of colours and patterns to choose from, so there is lots of choice to create something you like which is unique to you.


  • 12. I'm an existing customer. Will my PIN and card number change?

    When you upgrade to a custom card your PIN and card number will not change. Once you receive the card you can continue to use your existing PIN, but remember to cut up your old goHenry card so it can't be used.
